    Would be nice to know if the 3/10 who found it worthwhile is indeed the proportion. If so, what is the useful information they got from this exercise.

      There were no comments on why people found the exercise worthwhile. I can only presume that the exercise resulted in an uplift the book value of housing properties which in turn helped with regards to covenant compliance and similar. I am surprised that the amount in that category is as much as 30% though. The sample is 60 RSLs so it is pretty large.
